Clause 1.1

Binding Agreement

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 520jl8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement is effective upon your first access to the 520jl8 platform, regardless of whether you complete the account registration process.

Clause 1.2

Additional Policies

Clause 2.2

Age Verification

You may be required to provide government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and other KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation. 520jl8 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of verification and to close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Clause 2.3

Misrepresentation of Eligibility

Any player who knowingly provides false information to circumvent eligibility requirements — including but not limited to providing false age details or using another person's identity documents — commits a serious breach of these Terms. In such cases, 520jl8 reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Clause 3.1

Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 520jl8 platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether using different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

Clause 3.2

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your 520jl8 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 520jl8 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Clause 3.3

Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your 520jl8 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notifying 520jl8 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your account.

520jl8 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password and enabling two-factor authentication for your account. 520jl8 will never ask you to disclose your full password via any communication channel.

Clause 3.4

Account Inactivity

A 520jl8 account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or wagering activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 520jl8 reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee to dormant accounts, as notified to the player's registered email address, and to close accounts that remain inactive for an extended period following reasonable prior notice.

Clause 4.1

Accepted Payment Methods

520jl8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. Clause 4.2

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from a 520jl8 account are subject to the following conditions:

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing.

Clause 5.1

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes offered by 520jl8 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. In addition to those offer-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all 520jl8 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players only — one bonus per player, household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;

VIP Programme

Clause 6.1

Game Availability & Integrity

Clause 8.1

Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the 520jl8 platform — including but not limited to the 520jl8 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of 520jl8 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use 520jl8 intellectual property except as strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the platform.

Clause 8.2

Prohibited Use of Platform Content

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any 520jl8 content without prior written authorisation from 520jl8. Unauthorised use of 520jl8 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

Clause 9.1

Platform Availability

520jl8 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond 520jl8's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. 520jl8 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, opportunity, or consequential damages arising from platform downtime.

Clause 9.2

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 520jl8's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 520jl8 platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your 520jl8 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall 520jl8 be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Clause 9.3

Clause 10.1

Closure by Player

You may close your 520jl8 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements and subject to standard identity verification. Bonus balances not yet converted to withdrawable funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

Clause 10.2

Closure by 520jl8

520jl8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where 520jl8 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player is ineligible to hold a 520jl8 account;
• Account activity poses a risk to the integrity, security, or regulatory compliance of the 520jl8 platform;
• Closure is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

In cases of closure for breach, 520jl8 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation.

Clause 11.1

Applicable Law

These Terms and all matters arising out of or relating to your use of the 520jl8 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of laws principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Clause 11.2

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 520jl8 platform, you agree to first contact 520jl8 customer support and attempt to resolve the matter directly. 520jl8 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct engagement, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Clause 12.1

Right to Amend

520jl8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page at 520jl8.net/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. For material changes, 520jl8 will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Clause 12.2

Continued Use as Acceptance

Your continued use of the 520jl8 platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the 520jl8 platform and contact support to arrange account closure in accordance with Clause 10.1.
